About

Creativity is my joy, my voice, and my path to healing. As a Hispanic-Latina woman, my journey has been shaped by both challenges and triumphs, and art has been my guiding light through it all. It’s where I find peace, where I tell my story, and where I celebrate life in all its vibrant colors.

The fine arts are a vast playground of inspiration, and I embrace their endless possibilities. But my heart beats strongest for ceramics, edible art with cakes, multi-media explorations, and crafting. These forms are my way of transforming raw emotions into something tangible, beautiful, and meaningful.

In ceramics, I feel a profound connection to the earth, shaping clay into pieces that carry both tradition and my personal narrative. The tactile nature of working with clay grounds me, each piece reflecting resilience and the process of growth. My studies at UTSA sparked my passion to create art and make myself known as an artist in this world.

With cakes, I merge edible art and celebration. Each creation allows me to tell stories through taste, texture, and color—a blend of love, culture, and artistic vision that transforms everyday sweetness into cherished memories.

Multi-media arts and crafting are where my imagination runs free. Combining different materials, textures, and techniques lets me explore complex emotions, create bold statements, and find new ways to share my inner world. Every handmade object carries with it a piece of my soul, weaving my struggles and triumphs into something tangible.

My portfolio consist of a variety of artwork showcasing my creative outlet. Art is my therapy. It’s the way I reclaim joy, manage my mental health, and celebrate the beauty that exists even in life’s hardest moments. Through my art, I honor my culture, my journey, and the power of creativity to heal, inspire, and connect. My greatest hope is that my work brings others joy, comfort, and the reminder that art—and life—holds endless possibilities for transformation and celebration.
